Each task is priced per task from its expected time, inside its role's range — so you always see the pay before you start. No task is ever published below $12 an hour.

What we promise

Pay shown first

You see the pay and the expected time before you start — and it is never below $12 an hour.

Only funded work

A task is only offered while its project's budget covers it. You never do work that can't be paid.

A reason for every decision

Rejected work and paused accounts always come with a written reason you can read.

Your voice stays yours

Never cloned or used to imitate you without a separate yes. Consent can be withdrawn any time.

Questions

How much does it pay?

Each role has a published hourly range — Voice Contributor $15–$25, Transcriber $20–$35, Speech Reviewer $20–$30, Language Specialist $25–$40. Every task shows its pay and expected time before you start, inside that range and never below $12 an hour.

How do I get paid?

By PayPal. Approved work goes to your balance; once it reaches $10 you request a payout of the whole balance and Mondaily sends it. If PayPal can't pay accounts in your country, the payout fails and the money returns to your balance — nothing is lost.

Is there always work?

No, and we won't pretend otherwise. Tasks only appear when a funded project is open for a dialect you are qualified in. You never see a task that can't be paid.

Who checks my work?

Native speakers of your dialect, blind — they never see who you are, and you never review your own work. Every rejection comes with a written reason you can read.

What happens to my voice?

Recordings train and test speech models and may be part of speech datasets licensed to Mondaily's customers. Your voice is never cloned or used to imitate you unless you separately agree. You can withdraw consent at any time.

Who can join?

Anyone 18 or older who speaks a listed language or dialect natively. Gulf Arabic dialects come first because sōtem Voice starts in the Gulf; every language is welcome.
