Color Web

For the Web Article of our Colors Issue we have chosen 7 amazing web sites that make extraordinary use of the numerous colors that exist in such a great way. You can see them below in absolutely no particular order.

Cogitatur is, from what we could tell as the site is written in Polish, the site of a music club in Katowice. Responsible for the design of this site is VALP, who’s site is also featured in our Color issue just below.

VALP is the site of Maciej Hajnrich, a freelance graphic designer and illustrator from Katowice, Poland. His love of color use is greatly shown on his personal site as well as on contracted sites.

Emotions is the online portfolio of Mike, a freelance web graphic designer that has a more than obvious love for the color green. His portfolio contains a lot of memorable sites with unique designs.

N. Design Studio has been founded by Nick La, the designer behind Web Designer Wall. Nick focuses on creating beautiful stock icons, illustrations and beautiful CSS  websites with hist works being featured on major design sites.

Webdesigner Depot is a great site with a huge community of designers behind it. It is an absolute necessary site for all working in the design branch as it has numerous resources starting from Photoshop brushes all the way to tutorials.

This is a digital representation of Frank Baum’s Wizard of Oz that focuses more on the Tin Man’s journey than on Dorothy’s. The colors and attention to details are simply mind blowing.

Johnathan Sace is the man behind this amazing site and, not at all surprisingly, a Photoshop Certified Expert. His wonderful portfolio starts with his personal site. Do check it out!
